What this site is
thedeck.rocks is a non-commercial, community-maintained archive documenting The Deck — a set of 53 NFT poker playing cards minted in June 2016 on Breakout Chain, widely considered one of the earliest NFT projects in history.
This website does not offer, sell, distribute, or list any NFT or digital asset. The Deck cards live on a public blockchain (Breakout Chain); this site simply preserves and explains their history. There is no company, organisation, or person "running" The Deck — the cards were distributed via a provably-fair lottery in 2016 and have existed on-chain ever since.
Not financial advice

Statements about NFTs, blockchain, market position, historical significance, or "firsts" are educational and historical in nature. Do your own research. If you are considering buying, selling, or trading any digital asset, consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual property
The on-chain artwork constituting The Deck (the 53 cards themselves) was created by Dr. James Stroud and embedded in the Breakout Chain blockchain in 2016. The artwork is, by design, a public on-chain artefact.
